If you receive a product that was damaged during shipping, we will send you the product again or refund the full amount if you share with us an unboxing video of the product within 7 days.
Upon receiving the unboxing video over email, we will start a new shipment of the product or refund the full amount if the product is not available.
With each new order, we aspire to gain complete satisfaction and delight of our ENers but if there are any genuine concerns related to delivery, we will go all the way to help you. We are only an email or a message away.

1. Damaged Product (Domestic & International Orders)
In the rare event that a product is delivered in a damaged condition, we offer either a full refund or a replacement, depending on the customer’s preference.
An unboxing video must be shared with us within 7 days of delivery for verification.
Once the case and video are reviewed and approved, the refund or replacement will be processed within 3–5 working days.
2. Order Not Processed / Cancellation Before Dispatch
We aim to ensure complete satisfaction with every order. If there are any genuine concerns related to delivery or order processing, please feel free to reach out to us. We are always just an email or a message away, accordingly refund wjll proceed with 2-3 Working days
What are the shipping charges?
The prices mentioned on the website include shipping all across India at no additional cost.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, We do. Ethnic Naaari ships its products all across the world. Kindly get in touch with us over Whatsapp or call at +91 7906473664 to place your order in a safe and convenient way. There’s no minimum order size for receiving your shipment outside India. International orders are processed exclusively via WhatsApp/Call.
After I place my order, when does my purchase get shipped?
All orders are processed in 24-48 hours through registered domestic courier companies to all pin codes where courier service is supported by our logistics partners. Please note Saturday, Sunday, and Public Holidays are not set as working days for standard deliveries. The delivery timeline is usually around 1 to 2 weeks.
