All our products are made by EN artisans with lots of love and immense care. We place the satisfaction and love of our ENers above anything else.

If you receive a product that was damaged during shipping, we will send you the product again or refund the full amount if you share with us an unboxing video of the product within 7 days.

Upon receiving the unboxing video over email, we will start a new shipment of the product or refund the full amount if the product is not available.

With each new order, we aspire to gain complete satisfaction and delight of our ENers but if there are any genuine concerns related to delivery, we will go all the way to help you. We are only an email or a message away.

The prices mentioned on the website include shipping all across India at no additional cost.

Do you offer international shipping?

Yes, We do. Ethnic Naaari ships its products all across the world. Kindly get in touch with us over Whatsapp or call at +91 7906473664 to place your order in a safe and convenient way. There’s no minimum order size for receiving your shipment outside India.

After I place my order, when does my purchase get shipped?

All orders are processed in 24-48 hours through registered domestic courier companies to all pin codes where courier service is supported by our logistics partners. Please note Saturday, Sunday, and Public Holidays are not set as working days for standard deliveries. The delivery timeline is usually around 1 to 2 weeks.
